A series of religious wars fought between the Christians and Muslim Turks between the eleventh and thirteenth centuries
Why did the Crusades Occur
The Crusades occurred because the two religions, Christians and Muslims were both fighting for a piece of land (The Holy Land) they both believed was significant to their own religions
