What is the diagnosis?

A

Lab studies - findings - blood test: increased BUN and creatinine, decreased potassium or increased potassium, anemia of CKD

Urine chemistries - sterile pyuria, proteinuria, Hematuria, RBC casts, WBC casts

Renal ultrasound - small kidneys with echogenicity

Renal biopsy - tubulointerstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy
