CAD, drugs and alcohol, family history

A
Tachycardia, displaced apex, heart murmurs, raised JVP, hypertension, enlarged liver, pulmonary and peripheral oedema

- Admission if severe
- Transthoracic echocardiography
- NT-pro-BNP level
- 12 lead ECG
(CXR, blood test, urine dipstick, lung function tests)
