Catholics believe in transubstantiation: Jesus is a real presence during the Mass thus they are spiritually transformed RCC and CofE believe that Eucharist is a sacrament thus receives blessings and become closer to God through this

What is the Sacrament of reconciliation?

Confession: results in forgiveness

Why is the sacrament of reconciliation important for Christians

Confessing and asking for forgiveness results in reconciliation with God and the Church Baptism only occurs once but some may sin afterwards so regular confession is needed for salvation

A religious journey to a holy place due to spiritual reasons
