How is Christmas celebrated?
Trees are decorated with lights representing Jesus as light coming into the new world

Send Christmas cards and exchange gifts - seen as a time of “peace and goodwill” - god gave gift of Jesus, his son
What is the parable of the Good Samaritan ?
A Jew is walking when he is stripped of his clothing, beaten and left half dead. A priest and then levite see the man but ignore him and cross to the other side of the street. A Samaritan sees him and although Jews and Samaritans despised each other, he helped him.
The Samaritan shows mercy to the Jew therefore showing that he is his neighbour (Jesus’ response to the question “and who is my neighbour”)
