The Resurrection
Jesus rising from the death on Easter Day. This event is recorded in all 4 Gospels and is the central belief of Christianity.
Importance of the Resurrection
- Shows the power of good over evil
- Christians feel that if they accept Jesus, they too can be resurrected so there is no need to fear death.
- Shows God can forgive.
- Shows Jesus’ divinity
- Shows Jesus is with God. Paves the way for the Holy Spirit to comfort them.

Judgement
A time when the world will end and every soul will be judged by God and rewarded or punished accordingly.

Restoring the relationship between people and God through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus.
Salvation
Saving the soul, deliverance from sin and admission to heaven brought about by Jesus.

Salvation through Law / Good works
Achieving salvation by having faith and obeying God’s law.
Salvation by Grace
Salvation is given by God through faith in Jesus. Isn’t earned or deserved but a gift for the faithful.
