A statue of the Buddha, often sitting cross-legged in a meditation pose

Wesak
Celebrated in may or early june, wesak is a celebration of buddha’s birthday as well as marking his enlightenment.
Parinirvana
Remembers the day Buddha died. Parinirvana means Nirvana without end, which is where the Buddha went after death. They treat it as a social occasion and Buddhists go to the temple.
