The Bible says we should protect the weak, such as in the Parable of the Good Samaritan. However, bullying is the opposite and involves the exploitation of the weak.

The Parable of the Sheep and the Goats shows how Christians should treat people in distress like Jesus and no Christian would ever mistreat Jesus.

All people have a right to not live in fear. In Christian Churches, people are taught to uphold these rights and bullying goes against them.

Bullying is counter productive as it prevents people from making and contribution to society. Some bullies continue to bully eventually preventing others from achieving their potential. This goes against the Church as all Christians must work to improve the society.
