A

a job description refers directly to the nature of the position itself, rather than the person required to fit it. it may list the salary, main duties, title, expectations.

A

the reviewing of performance of the employees in the business. it is usually carried out by the human resource manager to asses the employee. the hrm forms a judgement on the persons work by reviewing the quality of their work or the capability of the person. a interview may be held to discuss and set targets and the problems which will have to be solved.
