0.08 mg/ml (max 5mg in adults)
onset: 5-10min
duration: 1 hour
used with 0.2mg of Glyco
-> fetal bradycardia (crosses the placenta)
also used to treat MG, urinary bladder atony, paralytic ileus

modified gamma-cyclodextrin
hydrophobic cavity & hydrophilic exterior -> traps Roc in donut hole (cavity) = inactivating it
* expensive
hypersensitivity and allergic reactions
