Large fluid volume loss. Ex: Vomiting Diarrhea , Diuretics, Suctioning.

Tx of Hyperchloremia
A
Restrict Sodium. Increase Fluids. Start blood glucose management. Use dialysis with patient with renal disease.

A
Increase Salt intake. Adm. IV K+ and NACl
Limit or reduce diuretic use.
