Countryside vs City
City: chance to give birth to a second child if they are wealthy to pay for fine. Tend to not face difficulties in affording education and healthcare for children.
Countryside: difficulties raising children, housing and education expenses. Substantial losses economically and agriculturally if they wanted more children.
