Q

How would you describe the meeting with the CSO?

A

basically kristeen is a child support officer, so she is very familiar with the standards and rules related to child support. she uses negotiation and these standards to facilitate the conversation about putting CS agreement into place. Her meetings are about an hour for the first intake, and then if you proceed, she basically goes back and forth between the two parties to negotiate the CS agreement.

A

Typically QASE if they meet the income criteria I think, they can help when a client has incorporated income or when there is division or property, debts and assets as a part of the separation and SS
