What are the features of primary tuberculosis infections?
Often no radiograph findings
Lymphadenopathy w/ or w/out parenchymal consolidation

What are features of a secondary infection of tuberculosis?
Upper lobe distribution
Incomplete consolidation with strand-like radiodensities and cavitations
Superinfections by fungus
