A
- Large lobulated mass within the upper thorax
- Sattelite nodules.
- Compresses the SVC and encases the innominate vein.
- Multiple venous collaterals.
- Large bilateral pleural effusions.
- Mild pericardial effusions.
Differential
- Lymphoma
- Teratoma
- Thyroid
Managemement
1) Referral to cardiothoracics
2) Imaging- MRI and biopsy( surgical or radiology)
3) Measure anti-bodies-
