forming relationships with everyone without leaving anyone out - no cliques include everyone in work activities and invite everyone for lunch
what is courtesy
polite behaviour gestures remarks eg not expecting people to clean up after you
etiquette
acceptable standards on behaviour in a polite society eg when sitting at meal don’t start until everyone has food
manners
standards of behaviour based on thoughfullness and consideration for other people

3 problems when communication electronically
voicemails don’t show body language- should meet in person
texting and emailing- cant hear you makes it impersonal- meet instead
emailing- sending msg to wrong people
