It is the name given to the mass circulation of the ocean. Which is driven by the difference in temperature and salinity of ocean water.

A
They generally include changes in frequency, intensity, and paths of Pacific storms, short-term droughts and floods in various regions of the world, and changes in monsoon seasons in India.
