What does the POWER culture mean?

A
  • power is super centralized
  • big gap between the top and the others
  • if you are not on the top you don’t matter
  • (+) quick decision making
  • (-) they can do whatever they want
  • (-) dumb decisions
  • (-) being sorrounded by yes men
  • roles don’t matter only what the leader says
  • leaders believe that they are the only ones who can complete the task

  • specialized people
  • lots of rules sorrounding

  • (+) less decisions, less mistakes

  • for example: private law and doctor firms

  • can’t really cooperate because everyone is an expert
