A
- paternalistic and maternalistic
- family atmosphere
- similar people who trust each other
- small companies, maybe family companies

What is the ADHOCRACY culture?
A
- laisse fair style
- always looking outside
- (+) extremely creative, lots of ideas
- (-) dumb ideas
- google for example

A
- internally very controlled but always focused on what the market needs
- samsung, bosch for example
- not really innovative products
