Shaun is the main protagonist, he is a young boy who’s father died in the Falklands war and has recently moved to the area.

• Motivations - honouring his father and doing him proud, pleasing his male influencers
• actions - meets woody and gang, gains relationship with smell, Sides with combo, does racist actions, witnesses milky’s attack, stops being racist.
• relationships - smell (girlfriend), Mum,the gang , combo.

Woody is the leader of the gang of skinheads that shaun becomes part of he is a major influencer on shaun and is a male role model to him.
