What are the 3 symptoms of depression in the behavioural category?
-Shift in activity levels
-Sleep

This can be an increase (agitation) or decrease (tiredness)
Sleep
Some may sleep more and not be able to get up or some may experience insomnia

Some may eat more than usual or not feel like eating at all

Low mood or emptiness. Felling of hopelessness and low self-esteem

Activities/hobbies that used to bring them joy, associated with feelings of lack of control
Anger
Directed to themselves or others. Arise from hurt and wanting to retaliate.
