A

Believed an individual could communicate directly with god and gain from him (grave and salvation). This is called the antinomian heresy. This was a threat to the clergy. She attacked the clergy and banished. Moved to New York but died.

Why did relations between New England and the Natives become hostile over time?

A

Some white colonists had a strong desire for more and more land and became brutal. Emerged from Puritan attitudes. Religious leaders considered the tribes as a threat to their hopes of a godly community, the natives changed from friendly neighbors to heathens and barbarians.

A

Wealthy men converted to Quakerism. William penn worked with George Fox to Create the Quaker colony in America, Penn became landlord and ruler.

A

Mercantilism. They wanted to make the most money, so they controlled the colonies from where they can buy things from, could only import from English ships, etc

A

Peaceful transfer of the crown. Took away the dominion of New England. Colonies were restarted, but not quite stayed the same. Baltimores governor was overthrown, new leadership in NY. Mainly just created revolutions.
