He saw a vine with 3 branches of grapes, he picked the grapes and squeezed them into the Pharaoh’s cup.
What was the chief bakers dream?
He was carrying baskets. On the top were baked goods for the Pharaoh
What was the Pharaoh’s dream?
There were 7 cows, fat and sleek and 7 more cows, ugly and scrawny. In the next dream he was 7 ears of healthy and fat grain. Behind were 7 ears of grain, shriveled and thin.
What happened when the Pharaoh was pleased with Joseph?
He made Joseph the governor of Egypt.
Joseph predicted a famine. Did that happen and where?
It happened in Canaan

Why did Judah receive a special blessing?
The Messiah would come from Judah’s family.
What is providence?
Providence is God watching over us and caring for all our needs.
What can we learn from the story of Joseph and his family?
From the life of Joseph we learn that God can bring good out of all things. We also learn how the Israelites came to live in Egypt.
How does praying the Our Father help us combat envy?
Praying the Our Father helps us to be humble like Jesus. When we pray the Our Father and say the words “Thy will be done,” we become more like Jesus.
What is Divine Providence?
In prayer we ask God to help us trust and believe in his Divine Providence.
