How should you greet the patient
Patients name proceeds the dental personnel, and if the patient is older then you should use mr or mr. Last name
The initial position when the patient is seated
Upright
Position when the back of the chair is reclined at approximately 45 degree angle
Semi upright
Position where the chair is in a flat position and the brain is level with the heart
Supine
Position when they are 10-15 degrees lower than the supine position
Trendelenburg
After an appointment you should request the patient remain seated for a few minutes to avoid
