Q

Explain the root cause behind the claim that you don’t know what to do “next” in your life

A

Everyone (including the Blocked-Heads and the Idea Bunnies) knows instinctively what they’d love to do at any given moment. The problem isn’t identifying what their desires are; it’s identifying the roots of the fear that prevents them from being wholly present and taking action.

Q

Brain Bottle Opener 8 - 2 Minute Drill

A

take exactly two minutes and make a list of things you’d like to do with your life right now. Using the two-minute time limit forces us into the power of the present. Now it’s time for you to write your list. Just write. Don’t overthink. Don’t even think at all. I want you to list things you’ve always dreamed of doing but never had the time or the energy or the resources or the courage to actually do.
