2) networks - in-house development vs subcontracted development
3) technology - reliance on computer-based process technologies in development
4) organization - specialization (depth of knowledge and technical understanding) vs integration (integrating smaller components or subsystems) - poject managers vs funcional manager

What areas are we looking at from a requirement perspective on development?

Answer 3

1) quality - customers don’t know what they want form something that doesn’t exist yet
2) speed of product & service development - be fast to gain revenue, new & updated p&s
3) dependability - not only needs to be fast but also dependably
4) flexibility - cope with external & internal changes
5) cost - input, labor, overhead & also driven by other 4 aspects
