Assessment materials have no bias, they are administered in child’s main language, materials have been validated, assessments are administered by trained personnel, tests are administered so that those with impairments like hearing or vision can do well, no single procedure determines the outcome, pupil is assessed in all areas related to the possible disability, people knowledgeable of that disability conduct the assessments
