2 - inveigled another with INTENT to force your secretly confined him against his wall

What is the tender years doctrine?
Children 13 years old or older, may not accompany another adult without the explicit knowledge of their parent or guardian

What must someone do for a confined animal?
Po/ firefighter:
Make reasonable effort to locate owner
May enter enter the vehicle by any reasonable means to protect the animal
May not search the vehicle or seize items permitted by law
Written notice in a secure and conspicuous location
Citizen :
May not enter the vehicle unless they notify law-enforcement first
Remain with the animal and a safe location near the vehicle until the first responder arrives

Are wild animals protected under the cruelty?

Tethering of dogs
Prohibits:
Outside for any length of time if under six months old
Is six months old or older longer than five hours and a 24 hour period
From 10 PM to 6 AM unless the tethering is for less than 15 minutes and the dog is not left on attended
Outside confinement of dogs
May confine dog in:
Secure pen with dimensions of at least 100 ft.²
Fully fenced or secured yard
Troll system with a tether : one dog per other, cannot choke the dog, Tyler and Cell least 10 feet in length, the dog can reach water and shelter no risk strangulation
What is defined as appropriate shelter for a dog?
Dry and protected from elements
Fully enclosed on at least three sides with a roof and floor
