No, it can be a partial edge on one side
If you arrest someone for a warrant and also charge them for caring dangerous weapon can you also charge them with robbery, for example?
No, if it is a warrant arrest for carrying a dangerous weapon there can be no other charges it must solely be and arrest for the warrant
