This is the most neutral in all contexts.
合う
(Au) to come together, to merge, unite, to meet
Neutral in most cases, this is used as a verb suffix
逢う
(Au) to meet, to encounter, to see
This has a negative context to it
遭う/遇う
(Au, au) to have an accident. To have a bad experience with someone or something
Obviously a negative context
会う約束
(Au yakusoku) a appointment, rendezvous
逢うは別れの始め
(Au ha wakare no hajime) we meet, only to part

(Kaisha) company, corporate
会議
(Kaigi) meeting conference, sessions, assembly, council, convention, congress
会話
(Kaiwa) conversation, talk, chat
