Author’s last name, first name and middle initial. Publication date. Title of the book. Title of the chapter, article or text. Editor: last name, first name, middle initial. Volume of the text in sources that have more than one volume. Issue number of the text in sources that have more than one issue. Page number if it is a resource within another resource. URL or DOI of the website or electronic database. Name of the database, especially if the reference source is not easily found. City of publication. State of publication (this can be the state’s abbreviation). Name of the publishing company or publisher.
