Only some of the variables can be measured quantitatively

Information system that provides financial information
Accounting MIS
Provides aggregate information on accounts payable, account receivable, payroll and many other applications
Geographic Information System (GIS)
Capable of assembling, storing, manipulating, and displaying geographically referenced information
