Refers to the range of movement at a joint

The ability to produce strength performances quickly
What is Reaction Time?
The ability to respond to a given stimulus
What is Strength?
The ability of a muscle or muscle group to apply force and overcome resistance
What is Body Composition?
Refers to the proportions of lean body mass and body fat
