You need a team that is diverse in terms of:

-experience
-skillset
Make sure they don’t all think the same way.

Be sure to delegate them to everyone, it is too much for one individual to deal with.
How to assemble team and delegate responsibilities?
Assign team members to specific jobs based on qualifications, skillset and experience.
How do you describe the product and distribution?
Describe what:
- The ingredients that make up a product is
- The package is made out of
- It’s expiration date
- How it’s stored and distributed
What does every document require?
Name, address and location of the facility where the ingredients/food product (final product) was manufactured.
Purpose of a flow diagram and how to verify it?
Purpose of flow diagram: To show the step by step process of how ingredients are produced and are converted into a final product.
- All steps must be included from start to finish
- A written description must included for each step
- All exceptions including blackouts, mislabeling, receiving ingredients from another supplier must be documented
