Name three factors that can affect health and justify?

A
  • Diet - if you do not get enough to eat, or the right nutrients, you may suffer from diseases ranging from starvation to anaemia or rickets. Too much food, or the wrong type of food, can lead to problems such as obesity, some cancers, or type 2 diabetes.
  • Stress - Scientists are increasingly linking too much stress to an increased risk of developing a wide range of health problems. include: heart disease
  • Life situations - where you live, your gender, financial status, ethic group, amount of children you have, local sewage and rubbish disposal.
