How can you prevent cross contamination?
For the most part it is easy to prevent this from occurring. The best way is to keep raw and ready-to-eat food away from each other.( use separate equipment for raw and ready to eat food, Clean and sanatize before and after tasks, Prep raw and ready to eat food at different times, buy prepared food)
