Using a slow shutter, and moving with an object to get the object in focus while things around it are blurry.
How do you make the ghostly effect?
Use the long exposure, and divide time in half when shtting the subject, so if shooting 20secs, have person in frame for 10 secs and out of frame for 10 secs.
