What are Values?
- Has to do with what we consider good and bad.
- How we believe we should and should not behave.
- Broad tendency to prefer certain states of affairs over others.

1) Traditionalists - hard working, loyal, respect
2) Baby Boomers - Revolutionary, optimistic
3) Generation X - Indépendant, authority, creative
4) Generation Y - Technology, likes challenge

Companies need to select, train and develop employees to have a better appreciation of differences in cultural values and the implication of these differences for behaviour at work.
What are attitudes?
A tendency to respond consistently to some specific object, situation, person or category of people.
eg. you could value working but still hate your job.
What is emotional persuasion?
Attempt to change values.
What is Rational Persuasion?
Attempt to change belief.
