Providing proof of compliance is the responsibility of the agency. However, the Compliance Services Member provides reasonable assistance to the agency in arriving at a solution without sacrificing the integrity of the accreditation process. Compliance is substantiated, Partial Compliance is substantiated, Future performance/review issues identified, Compliance not verified.
