What’s fiction illusion?
An illusion caused when a figure is perceived even though it isn’t actually there
What an illusionary contour?
A boundary or edge perceived that isn’t present
What’s motion after effects?
An illusion caused by paying attention to movement in one direction and perceiving movement in the opposite
What’s colour after effects?
An illusion caused by focusing on a coloured stimuli and perceiving the opposite colours afterwards
What’s ambiguous figure?
A stimuli with 2 possible figures yet you can only see one at a time

What’s a distortion illusion?
Where our perception is deceived by some aspect of the stimulus. This can affect the size or shape of an object
