Usually protein is missing from a vegetarian diet, that’s why it’s important to add supplements or foods that contain protein.

They do little exercise and eat too much food.

If you keep a healthy weight and get rid of some weight.
What does the term “healthy weight” mean?
It means a weight that is good for your height, body compositions, and metabolic rate.
What determines the healthy weight of an individual?
Your height, body composition, and metabolic rate.
What is a person’s metabolic rate?
It is a rate that we have to burn up our body’s energy to keep alive.
What is the BMI?
It is the approximation of how much someone should weigh.
What is meant by energy balance?
It means to balance out our energy input and output.
