Third party members in proceedings of court AKA. “Friends of the court”

ss.33 of the charter, allows the government some power to breech sections 2 and 7 through 15 of the charter

To be more important than
Right
An entitlement that one can expect and the government must protect these. This is different from a freedom since the government does not need to oversee these.
