A place where people can resolve their disputes relating to the law
What is an anarchy?
A state of disorder or confusion as a result of absense of government or enforcement of laws.

Describe the Local Court
- no jury, instead a magistrate
- deals with minor civil disputes
(stealing,drink-driving-assualt,possesion of drugs and indecent language) - hears claims of up to $100,000
