hx of cervical cancer or mod-severe cervical changes, recommend PAP for 20 yrs post surgery. No changes no PAP recommended.
Gardisill
ages 9-12 start vaccine, 2nd dose 6-12 months later.
if over 15 at 1st dose will get 3 doses.
prevents cancer and pre-cancer of cervix, vagina, vulva, penis, anus, throat, tongue, tonsils.
indicated for men and women up to age 45
