What happens during transcription?
1) An enzyme goes through one side of the DNA and records (A,T) (C,G)
2) That enzyme then goes and passes that information onto another enzyme called mRNA
What happens during Translation?
1)mRNA changes all the T’s to U
2) Makes the information into triplets (Codons)
3)mRNA take information to tRNA
4)tRNA has 3 anti codon’s where attaches to the cytoplasm
5)The transcript is decoded into a protein with the help of a ribosome and tRNA
What is the cell cycle?
Where cells go through duplication
What are the groups for cell cycle?
G1, S, G2, M
Which parts of the cell cycle have a checkpoint?
G1, G2, M
What are cell junctions ?
Tight, gap and anchoring junctions
