Normalize sensation, reduce edema increase mobility, strength, endurance while decreasing guarding and restoring routine activities.
Myofascial Pain Syndrome refers to?
A large group of muscle disorders defined by the presence of trigger points (localized areas of deep muscle tenderness) which pressure on the trigger point elicit pain to a well defined distal area.
