Confidence interval
A
is a range of values used to estimate a population parameter, such as a mean or proportion, with a certain degree of confidence. It is often expressed with a confidence level, like 95%, which indicates that if we were to take many samples and calculate a confidence interval for each, about 95% of them would contain the true population parameter.
