No one - not even the King is above the law
Describe the agreement between nobles and monarchs in England before the Magna Carta:
The kind gave noblesse and rights and in return the nobles have the King protections and money (taxes)

Parliament removed King James from the throne and replaced him with Mary and William. CONSIDERED A PEACEFUL TRANSFER OF POWER
