Which aliens receive too consideration for citizenship?

Someone who flees their country because of oppression (denying people of their human rights), war, famine, disease
What rights do legal aliens have?
Right to remain silent, rights stated in bill of rights, rights to work and go to school here
What rights do they lack?
Can’t vote, can’t run for political office, and can’t have high ranking government jobs
What must legal aliens carry with them at all times?
Identification/Documentation
