The relatively stable set of psychological characteristics that influences the way an individual interacts with his/her environment.
What are the 3 personality approaches ?
Dispositional, Situational, Interactionist
Describe the role of Personality in strong and weak situations.

Internal : self-initiative, personal actions and free will
External : fate, luck and powerful people
Explain low/high Self-monitoring.
Low : act how they feel, say what they want not regarding the situation
High : socially appropriate behaviour, respond accordingly to social situations
